Description: Royce, who creates elecronic/hip-hop music, was recently featured in The Oregonian, has climbed to Number 6 in Portland for electronic music on reverbnation.com, has more than 14,000 fans on reverbnation, and has signed three music-licensing agreements—all since he released his first song in February. His music is being played in Portland clubs and by college radio stations, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s station. He recently signed a management agreement with longtime Def Jam Universal veteran Michael “Goldie” Greaux.
Royce released his first album, “Therapy” in August, and will release a mixtape, “What the Floor Saw,” in the next two weeks.

Royce has been making music for 10 years, but an anxiety disorder prevented him from releasing his songs publicly. In an interview with The Oregonian, he explained how his former basketball coach and longtime friend helped him overcome his fears and share his music:
