The link ups here we're formed through a love of hip hop. LT had made links with Soul Syndicate, a hip hop group with a ragga n dancehall tip from Hereford through old friend Notty White, Soul Syndicate's other members include great DJ and producer DJ Cut La Vis, veteran mc Big Daddy Spliff and a young female mc and singer known as Lady Lyric,
After a few months of LT jamming with them, he pestered his friend of Upton drinking and general rowdiness Billy WhizZ about the group, as they shared the common love for hip hop. After wondering what the fuss LT was causing was about Bill checked out Soul Syndicate and realised the quality in this group.
After getting in touch with the members for certain gigs at a shitty ran down Worcester venue, WhizZ kept mostly in contact with Lady Lyric. One day after speaking on msn, Bill and Lady discussed the idea of working together on a track, a track turned into a few tracks.
Around this time, a hip hop night was formed in Worcester that quickly died due to a thieving little shit...but I digress. Bill ask Lady Lyric down to check it out and when it came time for the open mic only two MC's stood out. LT and Lady Lyric. At some point the gash dj ran out instrumental so Billy WhizZ took the helm!!
After this, WhizZ and Lo kept working together and along with LT opened up for the iCON The Mic KiNG performance at Evolution.
