Baby MODO spring/summer 2012:
“Birth of a new brand”
BABYMODO’s long awaited launch has finally arrived, the duo behind t he collection “Birth of a new brand” Angel and Victor, have put together their experience from Spain and Singapore to create the future for fashion and set the trend for spring/summer 2012.

Inspiration from the popular Japanese Yoshiwara Tsunagi chain design, symbolising a unity between the world, good luck, and the coming of fashion plays a strong role in the collection and make a BABYMODO piece instantly recognisable.
As well as the chain design, BABYMODO looked for femininity in the chrysanthemum flower which has been embroidered into dresses and coats from the collection. BABYMODO uses predominately Asian Fabrics, in particular silk and cotton, whilst suede and leather are apparent in dresses and waistcoats.

Inspired by the mixing of water colours and the process of watching them blend in front of your eyes, purple, navy and yellow are the central colours for this collection. BABYMODO’s bold use of digital prints and laser cut give a sharp nod towards how techniques have moved on with times.
With innovative styles and prints, simple yet elegant cuts, femininity and natural materials BABYMODO is rapidly becoming every woman’s staple brand.
