MAJOR SIXTH Bring Cool A-cappella Live To London

Major Sixth are a unique refreshing entity creating a buzz with their group a-cappella live sets showing that you don’t need guitars to rock a show.  The band is announcing two London live shows featuring the 6 members, their voices and a whole slab of cocky swagger and grit.  No backing tracks, no instruments.  Not something the likes of Camden and Shoreditch are used to seeing on their stages.

Formed at Queens University Belfast in 2012, these six young Belfast and Liverpool lads are rising fast.  Initial performances within their University lead to singing for both the First ad Deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland, and now on the verge of announcing their first UK wide release they are to hit the road.

The venues for these two London shows later this month are not those a classically influenced vocal group would normally perform at.  These seemingly meek lads have the cool and charm needed to make it work, and are sure to prove a huge, fun hit to audiences used to amps and kits.  Expect many a raw indie and rock song revamped in true Major Sixth style and some surprises.
