SONGS NEEDED FOR FILM - DUE 9/13 BY 6PM - $500 PAID PER CUE/SONG.
We are currently looking for Original Songs (with Vocals) for an upcoming film.
All songs must be easy to clear and you must own and/or control all master/publishing.
Please submit tracks ONLY if you have songs which fit one or more of the following descriptions:
1. Pop Ballads/Break Up Songs Similar to Celine Dion's "All By Myself"
For Post Break-Up Scene
Scene: Lead character has just been dumped by her boyfriend. Song will be used in background of hilarious post-breakup scene featuring lots of crying, eating and drinking.
Think Bridget Jones' Diary opening scene. Watch here for reference:

2. Comically Seductive Songs
Similar to Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On"
Scene: Sexy scene, but funny sexy not serious sexy.
3. Entertainment Themed Songs Similar to Ethel Merman's "There's No Business Like Show Business."
Scene: A film shoot. Looking for songs about showbiz or entertainment. The film will also accept a cover of "No Business Like Show Business" for consideration as well.
4. Piney Love Songs About Break Up Or Missing Someone.
Must have a retro sound (i.e. Folk Rock, Psychedelic Pop), similar to such groups as Mama & Papas
Scene: Song plays on the radio - must have female vocals.
