Revenant Dead - Reported by Harsh.TV 's Music Talent Scout James Monk

Out from the depths of the industrial city of Birmingham, England, which holds a very rich metal history, comes a group which dares to defy traditional blends of new wave music. Through a fusion of metal, rock, industrial and thrash, Revenant Dead was able to give birth to a rarely seen form of music. Revenant Dead are of the new generation aiming to follow the footsteps of the rock giants before them.

Revenant Dead released their full-length CD “Imperial Rape March” on September 18, 2007 to outstanding reviews. Featured tracks on this particular CD include “Jailhouse”.

On March 2nd, 2010, they released their second CD, “Two Evil’s” which had received rave reviews again. The new single on this CD, “Death Spawn” speaks for itself. Its murderous, violent and fantastic fantasies which are being broadcast in living color, give the multiple dimensional, out of the box thinking to life. Yes, there is a theme which is through other peoples’ actions, the counter action makes you behave in a way you don’t want to in order to defend your own. Listen to the riffs on the guitar, the quick tempo makes your heart beat faster, you become agitated, disorientated. Then comes the vocals – deep, dark – evil personified. Is this a fantasy or is it not?

This song, along with other songs on this CD is packed with high octane, fast drum action with dynamic vocals, screeches and screams. Listen at your own risk…but you’ll enjoy every sound that they deliver.

Revenant Dead are the ultimate in entertainers. They are a must buy in my book.

“Two Evil’s” is available digitally at most iStores along with the following websites:
