THE NEWEST TREND IN MUSIC - VIRTUAL CONCERTS FROM YOUR HOME - SEEN BY THE WORLD FROM THEIRS!

The Band "In Space" from Los Angeles, CA has been chosen by The Fender Music Foundation and Reverbnation as 1 of 10 bands in the World to participate in an Online Virtual Charity Benefit to help Save Lives through Music Education. The event takes place this Thursday, 4/26/2012, from 6PM to 8PM PST. "In Space", consisting of singer/songwriter/pianist/and guitar player Andrew Roth, and Cory Callahan who is the drummer and backup singer, will start their show at 6PM. It will run until 6:30PM with a question and answer period after if they audience desires. The audience is able to communicate through a white board while the concert is going on as well as after. Donators are also able to give Tips through a virtual Tip Jar during the concert. Whichever band raises the most money for this worthy cause will receive lots of extra publicity from Fender and Reverbnation, a special feature from StageIt.com as well as top of the line equipment. Prizes will be awarded by Heineken as well. Contributions are encouraged even if you are unable to make it to the show.

The Fender Music Foundation asks that everybody donates at least $5.00 for the show. All of the money will be going to their charity to Support Music Education, and it's tax deductible, of course. What could be better than that? If you check outwww.fendermusicfoundation.org you'll see that they raise a lot of money to buy instruments for schools throughout our nation.

In their words: "Your donation will allow us to continue to put instruments into the music education programs that need them most. We are contacted daily by teachers and program directors who desperately need help: school music teachers who usually receive no funding for musical instruments, after-school program directors who see their students in desperate need of music to get them involved and off the streets, and nonprofit organizations who see the value of music therapy but have no funding for the instruments".

The 10 Winners of this International Contest put together by The Fender Music Foundation and Reverbnation.com on the Stageit.com Virtual Online Platform represent a cross section of the world, with 2 bands coming from Australia, one from Columbia, one from Spain, one from New York, one from Pennsylvania, one from Texas, one from Chicago, Il, one from Miami, Florida, and lastly "In Space" from California. The array of music varies as well to include hip hop, rap, folk music, hard rock, punk rock, country and shoegaze.
