Q.Tell us about who you are & What you do?

Hi I'm Sam Gray. I'm a Manchester based singer/songwriter. I'm also a songwriter for lots of other artists too

Q: Describe your Music in 5 words

like soup for the soul :)

Q: What are your Current projects that you are working on?

I'm currently working on my second album, i have a variety of tracks on the go. I always think the more songs you have to choose from the better album you'll have as a result (hopefully hehe). I'm also working a lot with Abi Phillips who plays Liberty in Hollyoaks, compiling songs for her album and for the show.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

Touring the world with greggs on demand :) yeah hopefully touring lots and writing with othe artists, similar to now but on a higher level, with a platinum selling album under my belt

Q: Where do you get your inspiration from?

Lots of different places, not just music either. Life, travels, family, bad times, good times, cheese. I listene to a lots of different styles of music for example - example / the beatles / bob marley / rascal flatts / van the man / loads of stuff. I always try to keep it pretty diverse too cos you never know when a certain style effects your song subconciously. kinda creeps in there sometimes.

Q: Who would you rather listen to UK or US Music?

I love both, but i think recently english singer/songwriters have really blossomed and risen to the top. Like Adel/Ed sheeran/Maverick saber/ben howard love them lot

Q:What Artist do you listen to?

loads of people including all the ones i've mentioned. I especially love Jamie Lidell he's a massive influence for me at the moment

Q:Who influences your music?

The Beatles/ The chillis/ The Who/ REM/ Counting crows/ Neil Young/ Queen/ Bob Marley/ Steven Fretwell/ John Mayer/ Jamie Lidell the list is pretty much endless

Q: Please describe your fashion style in 5 words?

Haha ok i'll try make em all c's too - Calm, Casual, Collected, Cool, Crisp
