Recently I have been preparing a marketing plan for my loan officer.
with the help of a hired plan developer. A question was asked to me
what is your strategy your tactics for marketing yourself?
I was at a loss really didn't know how to answer that!
The Key essentials of marketing are your tactics!
You have a product ready (CD) you think it is the bomb now what do you do?
Have you thought about that? Did you think about that before
you started your project?
Marketing and Promotions is essential to your success!
Your target audianc/genre/age group is so important.
Your demographic, your strengths and weaknesses!
Your competition, who is your competition how much of the market
do they have? Social media face book Twitter, MySpace have you
created a buzz? How to build your fan base likes on face book
followers on twitter. Your team what is your team? do you have them in place?
Street team is their one? Physical and Digital distribution is that in your plan?
I realized this was a daunting task though I have the fundamentals in place
a real marketing plan up to 15 pages is required to fully realize your goal!
Hiring a Business planer is probably your best bet. If you can find a student
or one that just graduated you can get a good deal it is worth it!
Set realistic goals with a realistic funding budget your half way there!
