We are currently seeking a full time Film Archivist to join our team. You'll be responsible for the collection, arrangement and digital cataloguing of all our moving image material.

Candidate Requirements:
a love and knowledge of film and video
excellent computer skills
good aptitude for learning new software packages & processes
organize archival records and develop classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials
create and maintain accessible, retrievable computer archives and databases, incorporating current advances in electronic information storage technology
able to work independently and identify and solve problems effectively and efficiently
patience to constantly screen film or video footage
proactive, self-sufficient and professional, with strong organisational, time management, communication skills
attention to detail and accuracy are crucial
excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
provide reference services and assistance for users needing archival materials
Experience in archive research essential.
