Biography

GAETANO VELLA

Maltese nationality Composer specializing in instrumental music and performer of my own compositions on keyboards. Currently continue my studies in music harmony, counterpoint, composition, piano performance, schenkerian and traditional analysis and conducting at the University of Malta. Favourite composers: George Frederick Handel, Johann Sebastian Bach, Tommaso Albinoni, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Franz Liszt, Vangelis and other intrumental music composers. Studied music since I was 7 years of age studying and playing the Clarinet and Saxophone with several local bands and currently playing electronic keyboards and Piano. My artistic vision is to make a great success in instrumental music and show my capabilities in rich melodic invention especially in dramatic and romantic music with a different dimension in the new age music world.

INSPIRED BY MY UNKOWN WORLD OF INSTRUMENTAL MUSIK.

My music is a kind of New Age vibe infused with Classical influences and with potential soundtrack appeal.
