The Effigy is the representation of 3 highly talented artists carved in the Barriers of sound and audio excitement.
The band was Created in 2008 by Sean Elvin, Jeff-T and Alex Escobar. Their obejctive is to invade the music industry track by track with Urban music that will break dance floors around the globe.
Versatility is one of the best words to describe Effigy's style of music. "Sean Elvin" is a dancehall wizard that knows how get the crowd hyped. The 17 year veteran has his reputation Bonafide in the underground community. He is definitely a key element for up tempo beats like reggeaton,soca,reggae,Club tracks,etc...
Jeff-T is a human firecracker that explodes on Rnb Tracks. His voice is very promising and can be compared to top of the line singers. His aura and presence is felt on every single note he delivers.
Last but not least is Alex Escobar. He is the bone structure of Effigy's. He is the man behind effigy's music and creations. He also is a hiphop oriented artist that delivers in 3 languages beeing French,spanish and English.
The Effigy Sound has started moving up faster in 2008. They have made shows in some Montreal' hottest night clubs leaving the crowd always pumped. They are currently booking shows and events, earning radio play on bigger radio stations.
The group is recording the first album that will include the hit singles "Move your body" and "Gimme Some". The Effigy Sound will be a powerful force to look out for in the following years as they will leave their prints in the music world.
