Usher to Collaborate With Cheryl Cole?
there have been whispers that the two singers have been arranging secret business meetings and with the knowledge that Cheryl wants to make a name for herself in the States, the two ‘facts’ have been put together with the conclusion that Usher may be helping her forward her career. Well, he does manage Justin Bieber and look how well he’s doing – not to mention Usher’s somewhat of a megastar himself.
