Rihanna’s and Christina deemed acceptable!

Both Rihanna’s and Christina Aguilera’s performances on the X Factor have been deemed acceptable by Ofcom. The performances, which took place last December, recieved 2,868 complaints, many of these after a newspaper ran an article about it. The Christina number, ‘Express’ was deemed ok as it was taken from the film Burlesque, and so it fitted themeatically, and Rihanna’s performance of ‘What’s my name?’ was also seen as fine as, “although it contained some “gentle thrusting” it was suitably limited.” As stated by chiefs at Ofcom.
