Meet and Interview Band Members
Special LIVE performance by Jahfe of “Reggae Wave”
MIAMI, FL
Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
WHAT: On Tuesday, February 7 , TV, radio stations, print and online publications are invited to attend a press event previewing the Adrienne Arsht Center ’s upcoming “Reggae Jam” concert on February 24. The event will be hosted in Miami, FL (RSVP for location details with pr@urbanrelationsmarketing.com). All local media will have the opportunity to meet and interview band members from legendary, award-winning reggae acts, Third World (“96 Degrees in the Shade,” “Now That We’ve Found Love,” “Cool Meditation”) and Inner Circle (“Bad Boys,” “Sweat (A La La La La Long).”
In addition, media will be treated to a special live performance by Jahfe, a prominent local reggae group that is part of Inner Circle’s “Reggae Wave” movement.

A light lunch, and refreshments will be provided by Aunt I’s Jamaican Restaurant to complement a jovial afternoon filled with traditional Jamaican music, food and culture!
South Florida reggae fans are encouraged to attend Reggae Jam in February to join the local celebration of the 50th anniversary of Jamaica’s independence in 2012 as well as Black History Month .
Reggae Jam is part of the Arsht Center’s 2011-2012 World Music Series.
